How Small Is Too Small?

This is a question that we ask ourselves everyday. Right now, there are 4 of us in an 1100 sq ft house, and realize that we really don't need that much space. We also know that a tiny house of 120 - 280 sq ft is probably too small for us at this time. With 2 teenaged sons, we all need some space to call our own. 

 Here is one option that we all agree on! :) We would love to plop this cabin down on a lot in Lake Tahoe and never leave.
